GRANDPARENT'S RIGHTS
There are times where grandparents may have rights to visitations with their grandchildren. It does not come up often, but the most likely scenario is when the parent of the child is deceased and the other parent is making it difficult for the grandparents to visit their grandchild. When this happens, please give us a call so we can discuss the best option for you to move forward with your case.
